6 Month Health Transformation
You can only book this once you have completed a Health History.
We will take 12 sessions to dive deep into what imbalances may be going on in your body. Together we will find the key that unlocks the door to your healing. During session one we will figure out exactly what direction you want to take with your healing. I am here to be your guide but you are ultimately in control of your own healing. I am simply here for you to be a coach to reflect what you may be not seeing so that you can truly get to the root cause of what is causing imbalance in the body and heal your whole being.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis can change thought patterns at a subconscious level. When we rewire thoughts at the subconscious level, we have an easier time achieving health goals at a conscious level. Hypnosis works a lot like meditation, only we are achieving the specific goal of letting go of bad habits and creating new healthy thought patterns. Hypnosis sessions are scheduled over 1 month to see a significant change in our life.
Distant Reiki
Reiki is comprised of two Japanese words "Re" which means spirit and "Ki" which means life force energy. Reiki is the ancient energy healing that utilizes universal life force energy to heal the body. In a distance Reiki healing, you will find a place that you will not be disturbed for 1 hour, I will send this life force energy through sacred Reiki symbols to balance the chakras and brings health to the energy body and physical body.
